All of our transport vehicles are equipped with wide gurneys and wheelchairs to accommodate clients anywhere from 250 lbs & up! We transport bariatric patients on a daily basis, ensuring they are always comfortable and safe.

Our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) service provides solutions for various healthcare facilities throughout Arizona, including skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living communities, dialysis centers, doctors' offices, and hospice companies. We offer extended hours to assist with urgent needs such as hospital discharges and last-minute pickups. When other providers are unavailable, Family Care Transport is here for you!
